03/05 - Spree closed.. Consolidating order and waiting for payment..

05/05 - Order submitted. Waiting for confirmation

07/05 - confirmation recd.. Payment sent to Wonderland

12/5 - Wonderland recd payment.. Waiting for re-stocking

22/5 - Waiting for Wonderland to send out the items

23/5 - Wonderland has arranged shipment next week

28/5 - Still waiting for tracking no. Have send email to Wonderland to chase for tracking no already. waiting for reply now..

Arista Spree's Terms & Conditions

Exchange rate:

SGD1.00 to NT20

Shipping details:

Direct Shipping from Taiwan to Singapore.

Shipping fees will be divided by the total number of items.

Delivery Methods:

a) Strictly by normal/ registered mail. Postage rate as per Singpost rate. Postage cost will be advise when goods arrived.

b) Self collection depends on my schedule and locations.

c) Items to be collected within 1 mth upon shipment arrivals. Items not collected after 1 mth will be confiscated.

Charges :

Handling charge per order per spree

S$1 for ordering less then 15 pcs

S$0.50 for ordering less then 25 pcs

Free for ordering more then 25 pcs

Shipping Units :

0.5 unit - jewelry, hair accessories, belts, undies

1 unit - tops, tees, short skirts, shorts, bras

1.5 - 2 unit - dresses, long skirts, bermudas, cardigans, bags

Shipping cost (based on past experience)

$2.50 for tops, tees, short skirts, shorts, bras

S$5 for dresses, long skirts, bermudas, cardigans, bags

Calculation Method:

1st Payment:

Total in NT 290/ NT20 = SGD14.50 + (no. of items) x $3 = TOTAL in SGD $17.50

2nd Payment (upon arrival of goods)

a) Total shipping/ Total no. of items ordered = S$shipping cost/ item

b) Total shipping cost = (a) + Handling charges + postage cost = (A)Final calculation :

Total initial shipping paid - (A) = Total to refund or topup

E.g.

Shipping cost (S$2.60) + Handling charges (S$1.00) + Postage (S$1.00) = S$4.60

Final calculation: Total initial shipping paid (S$3.00) - $4.60 = Total to topup (S$1.60)

General Terms:

a) No Payment = No Order

b) No changes of order after I submitted your orders to the supplier. If you need to change, please kindly do so before the spree close.

c) Taiwan spree usually takes about 4-8 weeks to complete as most items restocking time is 7 to 30 days or more than that. So, please be patient. I will try my best to provide frequent update and status. Otherwise please do not join the spree.

d) Color and size of item should have already been reflected in the item name itself or on the web page. Please check thru the auction pages for the correct color and/or size you want.

e) Please give me the correct link to the color and size that you want. I am not responsible if the link is wrong and lead to wrong order of items or sizes. No refund will be entertained for such cases.

f) I will not be responsible if suppliers send in wrong/ damaged items or items lost/ damaged during transit. Similar to those spree-ers who opted for normal mail, I will not be responsible for lost items.

g) Spree will be cancelled if response is poor.

h) Updates will be done via this blog. Please bookmark this page.

Payment Method:

ATM Transfer or Internet Banking transfer

OOS items will be refunded when items reached Singapore.

Refund Policy

Please check your items upon receipt. we do not accept the below exchanges:

1) Personal dislike, change of mind after placing orders

2) Slight color differences, threading, fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams, Button loss and minor tear which can be hand sew.

3) Minor stains and spots which can be washable.

4) Sizing issues, claiming that sizes do not fit. Note that all sizes stated differ within 2-3cm, thus we do not accept exchange of wrongly ordered sizes or do not fit items.

5) Claiming that cutting of clothes does not fit well.

6) Damage to clothes to ask for refunds.

7) If there is a quality fault, we need your help to email me within 2 days, attached with a clear zoom in picture of the flaws and the overall picture of the item.Please ensure that the items are still pack in original condition and label in tag.

8) Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects and postage to be borne by spree-ers.
